What category is this lecture: Visual Culture of Modernism and Its Discontent?

It sounds like an art related class but it also sounds like a literary class. I HATE literature and I would never takes this class if I have to read tons of books. But if it's art related I'm good. The class registration does not provide information about the class except for the name so I have no idea.
