We have to WANT to, in the first place.
Many (not all) people who are at the privileged end of racism, don't want to. Some admit it and some don't.
But obviously ones that suffer are the ones that are more keen to end it.
But sadly, this thing is so deeply ingrained in the minds, that I experienced some instances of racism at the hands of blacks in Africa !!
It was very painful seeing their slave-mentality still strong.
Its going to take a lot of education (not necessarily formal) and time to change it.
