my problem is that i don't have any culture information's and i face many situations that need culture experience what is the fastest method can i do to increase my culture knowledge
 
A particular society at a particular time and place is called culture.
All the knowledge and values shared by a society is also called culture.
You require a specific cultural information go to Google search and get it and read.
 
Simple: travel around the world. There is no other way faster to learn about a culture than living in it. Just traveling around the world and stay at different places for short periods, it is the best way. And if you just don't have the condition to do that, try virtual traveling: surfing on the internet about different cultures, not the best way, but the cheapest way.

In my line of work, I have to encounter people of various different backgrounds, I used to get irritated because as an American, they would seem really out of it, or stupid to me. But, as I matured, I realized that I was the ignorant one. So, it could be that as you work more you'll advance that way.

There is also a book out, Us Vs. Them, by David Berreby, he seems to located our lack of knowledge on different cultures with our evolutionary past.

Since you are asking a question, it seems that you have a strong desire to learn, so I think that you'll probably do it on your own
