What can i add to my red wine to make it taste better ?

Does anyone know what i can add to my bottle of Red wine to make it taste better in order to drink it.i have heard lots of people say lemonade but i think that would be horrible so if anyone has any ideas please

I do not want to make sangria incase anyone suggests that
coke and red wine ...really ???what is the measures
