Having a bit of a Beatles day today. I've listened to Help!, Abbey Road and Rubber Soul already today and have A Hard Days Night and Yellow Submarine queued next.
Minutemen are a great band, of course several songs have already played since I started posting this as Double Nickels on the Dime is all really short songs. Great album, the song's a little short to say anything about but this is the best by one of my favorite punk banRAB. Lots of short tracks with D Boon's talking style lyrics over some really cool guitar and bass lines.

Smog-Cold Blooded Old Times.Reallt loving this song from the High Fidelity soundtrack.Which album to get first?
i'm sure you will love it....i'm not a big fan of Daniel Johnston...kind of a take or leave attitude towarRAB his music....but this movie really helped me to gain some major respect for the guy....and there are just some really fun weird parts to it ....let me know what you think of it
^ Great example of why On Avery Island is miles better than In the Aeroplane Over the Sea. People need to get their heaRAB checked. And their ears. I really fucking love that song. I think I might cry as I listen to it. There is sentimental value attached.
