I bought the car a year ago and it has 155k miles. My car is in the shop getting a new timing belt and they said when they get it on that my engine may be done for if it's an interference engine. On a 2000 SE, do you think it'd have one? This is the first problem I've had with the car other than maintenance.
If it does, should I go ahead and replace the engine or not? I can get a salvaged engine from junk yard for $300-400 with under 50k miles. (I checked a year ago in case something like this would happen)
