So, i was looking at the kenwood 8120, and decides thats way too much for a car stereo. What would you suggest, it has to work with Ipods. Nav isn't necessary, but suggestions welcome. What's the best around $500? What's the best around $1000? Not just brands, Models too. Also, would prefer touchscreen.
