What are some things that are normal in one culture but impolite/weird in another?

The only ones that come to mind are over in the middle east its considered very offensive to shake someones hand with the left hand since they think thats the hand you wipe your butt with, also throwing shoes is highly offensive. In some cultures not eating something that was given to you is considered offensive too.
 
The middle finger is offensive in the US, but my Indian middle school science teacher never seemed to realize that when she was pointing at something on the board.
 
Like if I'm late to a meeting I'll always bring my teachers coffee by surprise the next day. Would this be considered impolite/weird in other cultures? Do you know of any other little things that are normal in some places but weird in others?
