What are some good ways to deal with reverse culture shock?

I just got back from living in India for two years. I am now back in the states and am dealing with reverse culture shock. Does anyone have a similar experience or have any ideas as to how to cope with this?

u just dont let it phase u cause i lived in a vietnamese neighborhood and never left it...(walmart movie theatre skating rink all that in the neighborhood) but i moved to this other neighborhood and seen nothing but white people and...really didnt care lol
