What are better Subwoofers ? Alpine or Rockford Fosgate ?

for under 200 what is the best sub model ? it will be going on a Alpine MRP-M500 amp. o one more thing, are there any JL audio subs for under 200 that would be better then Alpine or Rockford Fosgate ? I care about sound quality not how hard it hits.
