What Amp should i get with this sub?

I have a Rockford Fosgate Punch 2 15" sub. I think its 500 watts peak??? Maybe rms but i really dont know. What amp should i get.? also, what kind of wire should i get? And some good suggestions on a headunit. THANKS!!!!!
