What amp should I buy?

I have Pioneers 6-8" and 6-9" 3-way speakers with 40rms both 4 ohms. I got'em for cheap and don't even know if they're good speakers.
Would a Kicker 200.4 be good amp for these? It says that with 4 channels at 50watt it'll only have 2 ohms and at 35watts it will have 4 ohms. So I dunno if its good pick.
If not, what would be the best choice to go with here?
