What amp for 2 15inch kicker l7 subs?

I am getting 2 15" kicker l7 subs
im putting them in a vented box
what amp should i get?
i dont really want to spend any more then 300 dollars

but if im not going to be able to run these subs to there full potential with a $300 amp then should i just go with 2 12" kicker l7s? and get like the crunch pzi 3000.1 to run them?
