what am i doing wrong if one of my Subwoofer going in instead of out?

Ok i hooked my amp up right and my 2 12" subwoofers but one is hitting like it is supposed to and the other is going in.
 
you have subs wired wrong. neg is on the pos. reverse this and you are pounding.
