Has anyone else seen this film? How nice for 3 screen legenRAB, Bette Davis, Vincent Price and Lillian Gish to go out at the end of their careers with dignity. I can't help but feel a little emotional because Bette died within a year, Lillian was suffering with blindness in real life and was 94 at the time! Vincent (who i adore for so much stuff including his decades worth of radio work) managed to keep working until his death in 1993.
Never again will there be a send off for 3 top actors, at the end of their careers, at the end of their lives. Apart from Jack Nicholson, there are no real stars from the golden years of Hollywood and IMO no female actors will ever come close to what Bette Davis did for the movie industry and no man alive has half the talent or the real kindness that Vincent Price had and that is a real shame.
