...people know better? I mean, it's fine for those poor creatures with diminutive intellects, whatever makes them happy. But when you see an educated person saying that they believe in a God.

Capri7: As an atheist we get told regularly that we're not going to be forgiven and go to some hell. Im not saying that you personally make these sort of threats, but I bet you don't complain if you hear one from that side

1. You broke the rules here by insulting others.
2. You assume that ANYONE needs your forgiveness for believing in God.
3. You can't even capitalize proper nouns correctly.
4. You can't even write a sentence correctly.

Indoctrination, tradition, and protecting one's dogma are all very powerful.

I am not validating their beliefs, but there are still reason why educated people believe.
 
Sorry my friend. I have a B.A. in Anthropology and I'm a Deist/Pantheist. I do believe in a God but admit there is no evidence of one. I also have a main principal not to interfere with the free will of others.
 
They have searched diligently and have found. What are you waiting for? Settling for limited simplicity and shedding your True Everlasting Self?

I'm a Christian, but I saythat it's a matter of opinion. So get over it, they have a different mo fo'in opinion thsn you do. Get the crap over it! Gosh! I'm so sick of people gettin picked on cause they're the minority!

Educated people (like me, just saying) will die too.
You... I just don't know. I think you believe you won't die, I think you believe you just somehow vanish. Think, my friend - don't just claim that you are educated for the sake of ruling out the existence of God. And I really hope that you will have an excuse when you find yourself in the presence of God.
