In the documentary Idiocracy they showed how some people are having fewer kids.. but I cannot remember if it was smart people have fewer kids or better educated people have fewer kids.. the flip being that dumb people have more or lower educated people have more..
any other links that back this up? It was a world standard trying to show that we are breeding a dumber population because one segment of society recognize the over population problem and are reducing their family size, but the opposite end of the sectrum are still pumping them out...
