BTW. Andrew Johnson was functionally illiterate until adulthood. And Harry Truman was the last president to not graduate from college.
Bush must have successfully debated on occasion: he did win elections for governor and president.
And how is his military record sealed? There is many parts of a military service record that are not open to the public, due to something called the Privacy Act.
