VX10000 Voyager with WAp and MMS tutorial, some1 had to do it...

Ok, now i got mms to work perfect but wap is kicking my rear!!!! Please someone help. When i go to wap it says connecting then it says sending for like 30 - 40 seconRAB. After that it is a black blank screen. What does that mean? I have a v09 voyger!

what the DLL's do in LG Download is they line up the parameter in the phones, with the worRAB on the left side.

MMS Server Address: SIP

That would tell me that I'm using the incorrect DLL since the phone says SIP, the DLL text doesn't match. :) Make sure that you edited the correct parameters. I simply look at the text on the right, and edit what matches in Berry's VX9900 pictures.

I find this problem happens a lot because the DLL text doesn't match the phone parameters, and we're all using DLL's from phones that we aren't programming.

I have an lg voyager that has already been flashed for cricket, it's been fully flashed. I have all the info to change my settings, but it wont let me edit anything, how do I do this? Please any help would be great.

i think "second to last character" is pretty self-explanatory

but let me try to rephrase it...change the character that is right before the last character from 0 to 1

No I understand that it is the second to last character.. but where on the file is it second to the last on..? Is it on the very bottom of the file or the first row or where.. I'm sorry but I might just be making this a little to complicated but I don't want to mess up the phone. Also can anyone help me when it asks you to.. Type these keys exactly. #, #, p, r, o, g, r, a, m, 9, 7, 0, 0, send. I only get a voice recording to program my phone, and I believe that a menu suppose to pop up asking you for a service code. Can anyone please tell me what I am doing wrong or show me how to do it I would really appreciate it, thanks in advance.

Speaking of which, my images have been edited so if the original post could be re-instated, it might again be of some kind of assistance. Thanks.

found the software. using it, since this is the first attempt at me using LGNPST, is it similar NV editing and whatnot. I'll try it out on a few of the extra chocolates and envs i have before i try out this voyager

k- got the sw installed. tried using the 9700 LGNPST DLL as it was the only one I can find currently. Not quite working right. anyone have the vx10000 LGNPST DLL that they want to share.barter something for. thanks

I edited the WAP settings on the service menu like in the VX9900 tutorial, but I can't connect to the wap cricket server?, Do I have to add wap to my account to actually get in, or could i buy it from the server?

Okay so now I'm in and and was able to follow the tutorial to the letter... but when i try to access MMS or WAP it's a no go.. says can not connect to the host.... Is there something I missed?

When I turn my phone on i have strong signals in both EV & 1X but as soon as I try to connect or recieve MMS I loose EV (shown below) and then it errors out.

Not sure, but sometimes I get some MMS's that do that and it's not the phone's fault but the message. Also turn off auto receive, that tenRAB to cause problems, at least in my experience.

Use a fild DB from a dare or edit the second to last 0 and make it a 1 using hexedit and overwrite in Bitpim. make sure you send to phone before exiting and you will be able to edit.

use the search and type in: wap dare metropcs and there is an attachment for the file Db on the bottom

oooh ok. I followed his pictures...and it still isnt working.

Like...would it be better if i pm'd u what i am seeing? Cause everythings working fine, but mms...and I have to keep using the vx9800.dll....none of the other ones will work right

here is what I am seeing:

How can I get these missing images? Hello. I'm a N00b and I'm having the exact issue he had. The solution seems to be in these screen shots. Does anyone have them or now how to get MMS working on a Voyager on MetroPCS? I was able to do the flash and set the WAP.
(It's my first flash)
