i have a roadmaster VR3 VRVD640G 4'' navigation dvd player.
i recieved my unit from walmart.com. installed it and it sounds great.
when i press the navi onscreen button it hlghlights red and you hear a click but it does not load. so i called road master and they sent me out a new unit. brand new unit out of the box. installed that unit, same issue. i called road master and contacted a supervisor and told them the 2nd unit is still having the issue. over the phone we checked all the wires . nothing seemed to be wrong with my installation or antenna.
they will be sending me out a new unit on monday.
has any one had this problem on their unit? the antenna isnt kinked. and everything else works fine. its almost like the aplication isnt there.
also there are 2 sd card slots. one on top of the face plate with a dummy card in it. and 1 on the unit itself behind the face plate. what are the difference between the 2
