Voice actors you were surprised at voicing certain characters

Something I just thought of.

For me: the voice actor of Jhonny Bravo (whats was his name again?) I was surpirsed to find out he's voicing Prowl from Transformers Animated Series.
 
Tara Strong doing Toot from Drawn Together.

I see her on Powerpuff Girls, Fairly Oddparents, Xiaolin Showdown, and then suddenly see her cursing and talking in a drunken voice and shouting in a foul manner and it's just like.

"Wow, I didn't know Tara knew how to curse! :0"

I know she also does Clara, but Clara doesn't have that much foul humor that Toot does.
 
Oh, I guess Steve Carell came off as a surprise for The Mayor in Horton Hears Who!

Carell doesn't exactly the most expressive or wackiest voice in the business. So I never thought of him doing the voice for a Dr. Seuss movie.

Anyway.....

For me is Vanessa Marshall doing the voice of MJ in The Spectacular Spider-Man, I had doubts since i have heard her in some shows, Especially in the Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy as the voice of Irwing and Mandy's mom but she does a really good job and surprise me how the voice fits well with the character.

Also goes with Steve Jay Blum doing the voices of Vilgax(Ben 10) and the Green Goblin(Spectacular Spider-Man)
 
Yes indeed.:D I've actually been really suprised to see how many famous guest stars they had on that show, like Paul Williams as the Penguin and Roddy McDowall as the Mad Hatter.

That, and Phil LaMaar as Samurai Jack, Tom Kenny as Lumpus, Richard Horvitz as Otis (from Son of the Mask) and Nancy Cartwright as Rufus (from Kim Possible) and the Squeaking-red-shoe-that-got-dipped from Roger Rabbit.
 
Also surprised me that he also voiced Hobgoblin in Spider-Man TAS, another supervillain role. Speaking of Spider-Man, I was surprised to hear Crispin Freeman as Electro in Spectacular Spider-Man, since he never does animated roles outside anime and video games.
 
Monica Rial has done a couple voices I was surprised were her, but especially Jo from Burst Angel. Completely plays against the type of high-pitched, cutesy characters she usually plays.
