Valley of the Muses 40.5 (Aragorn/Arwen LOTR): Board Closing, But Muses Are Eternal!

The coronation scene was just done so simply, the look he gives her when he sees her is full of so much, Liv and Viggo as superlative chemistry.

Older at least, Star Wars was #13 for instance.

Also, I was watching Longford today which has Andy Serkis, watch it if you get a chance, it's very good.

Back onto museyness...has anyone heard about any new projects for Liv or Viggo?

I'm glad you came over tonka. I went through the old thread yesterday and invited all the people who posted on the last thread over here. Hopefully they'll all come over.

Glad you all like the icons, that lj site is awesome, it's got all kinRAB of wonderful graphics.

Yeah, all the graphics were stripped too, I'm glad I saved the old image, it was a pretty image. :)

So, I've gone through TTT in my reviewing. Was it just me or did anyone else find Aragorn fake "death" kinda silly until Arwen showed up with 'the grace of the valar protect you'?

I was thinking, maybe we could start a soundtrack for muses, any ideas besides Anrion by Enya?

Ah, so all the old Firefly gang. :)

(I really don't watch many movies. I did watch "Drive" on TV, because it had Nathon Fillion in it, but that only lasted like three eps or something.)

Well, I'll keep on posting. My A/A love continues. :)

I rewatched a bit more of TTT last night. Never get tired of these movies. :)

The whole Faramir/Boromir/Denathor thing was sorely needed in the regular edition of TTT because it showed Faramir to be a good man. I would have never excepted him with Eowyn otherwise.

Yeah, a lot more was made out of the triangle than was present in the book, but it’s all in the name of entertainment so I wasn’t mad either. I always wished I knew Aragorn and Arwen’s “many daughters” names, the fact that we never knew irked me.

Mandy - Like that reason.

Oh, yeah, I like Elrond too. I find his drama to be endearing. He also seems to have a dry sense of humor that I enjoy. One of my favorite lines of his is when he's talking to Gandalf about how basically they're all on their own and being betrayed all over, and he's "Our list of allies grows thin." Just something about the delivery always cracks me up.

I did a re-watch of the extended version before Christmas. :D

Loved all the Aragorn/Arwen scenes. I can't even say which one is ma favorite.

 I think I was always hoping for that. But then he already had a kid, and she was married and preggers, so...:pout: I'm still wishing, though. :goof:

But I know what you mean. :D I remeraber Liv talking about an A/A scene that they were going to have in FoTR when the Hobbits and Aragorn got to Rivendell. It was supposed to be Frodo secretly observing a "tender moment" between A/A. All I could think of when I heard her say that was, "Where in the world is this footage?!?! I wanna see it! :bawl". So maybe in the extended extended DVD? :innocent:
