In my case, I currently have a 09 CVO Roadie. The 09 CVO's had the cat in the stock headers, it was WAY to hot & way to quite for me. I loved the way the new stock header looked, routed underneath the swing arm. At the time, I found some stock 09 touring headers for a pretty good deal on craig's list. Bad news was, they wanted to much to ship to me. I first got the rineharts slip-on, much better sound, but still way to restricted and hot due to my stock cvo headers. There wasn't much of a choice for aftermarket headers back then, didn't like the V&H power duals. Came across V&H ads about their dresser duals & started looking around for the best price. Ended getting some from Eastern Performance Cycles in Maryland. They had the best price out there, I think they are around $339.00 & free shipping. I COULDN'T be happier! No more heat, sounds like a Harley, not like a sewing machine, and so, so, much cooler. No more fried right leg. Anyway, sorry so long, but if you want to keep your rinehart slip-ons, may I be the first to suggest the dresser duals & Eastern Performance Cycles. Good Luck & Ride Safe! YELLOWBIRD
