I am seriously considering becoming a profressional biking, it's been my dream for the last 5 years(I'm 17)
I go biking every day for at least 30 miles of intense training, but I havn't done any races yet.
The problem is, I've been told that having a strong(big) upper body isn't good for biking. Before I became serious with biking I did a lot of strength workouts for chest biceps triceps and shoulders, and I have a big upperbody for someone my size, I'm 5'6 and I have 16 inch arms. How bad is this for professional biking?
