i have a 10" kicker L5 (4 Ohm) that can handle 450watts RMS in a ported box, i think it is wired parallel, because it can get pretty loud, but im not sure. i hope it is. but anyway, im upgrading my amp from an alpine mrp-m450 (220 watts to the sub if a wired in circuit and 400 watts if its wired parallel)with 8AWG wiring to a kicker zx750.1 (375 watts if its wired in a circuit and 750 watts if its wired parallel) with 4AWG wiring. do you think this will greatly increase the output of my subwoofer, or no?
