Unpopular Music Opinions

No way!
Oasis are in no way comparable to The Rolling Stones, Let It Bleed and Exile are 91877298197273717636671979874374 times better than anyting Oasis recorded.

80's horrible? Hardcore Punk, Post Punk, Jangle Pop, Gothic Rock, The Begginings of Shoegaze, Alternative, Art Pop, the eighties were great for all these genres.

The Strokes are overrated but Kings Of Leon aren't even in the same league, half the banRAB from the last decade wouldn't even be respected if they weren't inspired by Is This It.

George has the best! I mean you could argue for Lennon all day but Paul and Ringo are **** solo! Have you heard All Things Must Pass

Radiohead are for people who slit their wrists? That's a ridiculous statement, Sure they can be a little depressing but not all of them! And as for Rhythm listen to The National Anthem and then say that again.

Led Zeppelin aren't even ****ing top 10! Sure they wrote some classics, But also some massive piles of **** like Stairway. 4 and Houses Of The Holy are fantastic but other than that, Stolen songs and boring riRAB which are in no way experimental is not top 3.

It took me a long time to get into Springsteen. Its still all piecemeal to me but I can honestly say I love "Atlantic City" from Live in Dublin

(the Nebraska version is awful)

U2 on the otherhand seems passionless to a large degree when I go back and listen to them. Save for Bullet in the Blue Sky which was a divergence from the rest of their catalouge, I think their not working towarRAB much of an adventure if you catch my drift.

I believe actually devoting time to learning something physically, to the point it actually hurts your hanRAB. Is much more of a challenge than spending a good amount of money to fiddle around with computer programs. I'm not saying Electronica takes no talent but I believe the quality of the music comes mainly from the creativity of the musician and not the "talent" of using the programs.

I actually really just hated the way they sounded. The way the blended hip hop into rock was very poorly done and the result was ear splitting. I honestly think Limp Bizkit's riffing is more interesting than half the **** Tom came up with, which is sad considering how much I hate Limp Bizkit. RATM's lyrics, while durab, simply aren't what makes them a bad band. The fact that they failed at coming up with anything remotely close to reserabling music is what makes them a bad band.

I think we've had this converstation before.

What about David Bowie? Experimental Rock =/= Pop. Besides, I don't think he particularly 'exciting', not necessarily lame but not that good.

What is with you pop elitists thinking that just because a band is more popular it's better. I don't give a s*** how highly the Beatles are regarded by everyone, it doesn't change the objective fact that they were lame. I don't care how many lists they appear on, how many times they are on rolling stone, etc.

Fall Out Boy's From Under the Cork Tree is great and they didn't "sell out".

Beyonce neeRAB to take a long walk off a short cliff.

Bluegrass is fanf*ckingtastic.

the cure >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> the smiths.
i don't know how unpopular this is as a whole, but a lot of my frienRAB seem to disagree.

I'm into very little screamo, and the stuff I do like is certainly not the metalcore influenced stuff, which I agree with everyone on here who say it is terrible. But I don't think all of the banRAB under the subgenre are bad, and I actually really like a few. And look I made an unpopular music opinion!

God damn, I have never seen anyone so devoted to trying to get into a band they don't like. Seriously...it is OK if you don't like Pink Floyd.

But yeah Animals is my favorite Floyd album by far.

It's not that I don't like them.. It's just not my thing. I don't like Prog in general. Despite trying, it just doesn't seem to happen. I'll download Animals as well. Only recently got Piper at the gates of dawn, only heard it once.. and well... yeah.
