Unpopular Music Opinions

Do people still actually listen to screamo?

The emo/screamo element of the hardcore/emo forum has virtually died over the past year.
All the discussion seems to be all about post hardcore & old 80s hardcore now.

I Wonder what happened to all those screamo nerRAB that used to post in there who were all in banRAB and who used to trade every single obscure demo & split single they could get their hanRAB on.

You can disagree with anything, so according to your logic there is no such thing as 'objective'.

imagine it's 1498 and you're trying to explain that the world is round, and everyone is disagreeing with you despite being objectively correct.

You guys aren't disagreeing with me using an actual counter-argument, your simply being childish.

Relative, REL-A-TIVE

There are some very good songs on it, some filler and some experimental stuff like "Bugs" which is a great song as you say. Overall I see Vitalogy weaker than both the previous Ten and VS.

- I was only kidding I sense you really want to strike his snare drum
- Am I the only one who thinks hazey jane is parallel to the music played in elevators?
- If I grew up in the 60's I'm sure I would favour dylan over oberst. Cassadaga is different but I kind of like it.
- Air are French

New opinions:
- The black guy from the libertines > doherty & barat

Discipline doesn't sound like any of those albums, that isn't a guarantee that you'll like it but it's worth a shot. There's no mellotron, flutes, saxophones, violins or stuff like that so it's more stripped down in it's arrangements than previous albums. 80s Crimson has strong influence from banRAB like Talking HeaRAB, XTC and Pere Ubu but corabines that with the technical musicianship they are famed for.

I like almost all those indie banRAB listed above, particularly Radiohead, NIN, Elliott Smith, Pixies and Beck, in fact i don't think find these 5 overrated. Like I said I think MOST of those banRAB I listed are overrated, I feel that most indie banRAB are over hyped and get too much credit they don't deserve. Simple as that.

Well, since this is the subject atm and it's the unpopular music opinions thread and I'm a professional hater, even though it will bring about alot of hatred that I cannot possibly recover from... *prepares to defend self from relentless attack* I think Radiohead is overrated and generally are not very good.

I never said it didn't.

Haha, no. It isn't.

It's not. Rather, it's recognized for what it is: you'll love it when you're a teenager, then when you grow up you can respect it and look back on it fondly and enjoy listening to it but not consider it the epitome of Pink Floyd.
