Unpopular Music Opinions

Nothing Green Day ever did was good.
Blink 182's first two albums were bettter than green day's first two albums.

The Arroant Sons Of Bitches are was better than Borab The Music Industry.

Blur sucks.

Del the Funkee Homosapian is better than Ice Cube.

Wire's 1977 release Pink Flag is better than The Clash's.

Reggae is starting to get hokey and played out.

Treepeople is better than Built To Spill

Hehe, here we go...

I think KoRn are great.

I can't stand Screamo or HardCore or whatever you want to call it, the constant double pedal and the screaming and the lask of much talent really gets on my nerves. I may be wrong, but it's been true for all that I've heard of it.

The same goes for most thrash metal, slayer and the like.

Megadeth kick ass, and Risk > Rust in Peace

Why the hell do modern mainstream banRAB have to constantly repeat and copy older music? it's perfectly possibly to even be a tiny bit original, perfectly replicating your influences isn't cool, it's lame, get a life, get inspiration, or don't make music, they clog up the airways, and make actual original banRAB who sound Good hard to find, cause of all those damn scene/Emo/10 year old wannabe punks who listen to one single on repeat all F*cking day.

I'm sure there's more, but I can't think of it right now

ok, uhmm... since when are interpol and muse indie banRAB?
that's the over generic genre people ignorantly call "alternative" rock, muse isn't as bad as a lot of the other's but they butchered Nina Simone's Feeling Good, their version made me forgive Michael buble

I was speaking purely of lyrical content, I love the song but someone had said if you took away Dylan's lyrics you wouldn't have anything that could stand on it's own but lets face it Dylan wrote some pretty crap lyrics in some pretty amazing songs.

It wasn't poor - let me explain it if you don't get it. People nowadays are accustomed to having their music drenched in bass because that placates the people of today. You (like those people), feel uncomfortable when you have to actually put some effort into listening for the bass.

There are some people who claim to like movies, yet they refuse to put in the effort to read subtitles for a foreign movie. In other worRAB, as you are uncomfortable listening to music without the bass being nice and easy for you to hear, they are uncomfortable watching movies which aren't nice and easy for them to understand (because the language is foreign and they have to read subtitles). Laziness is the undermining factor in both cases.

Analogy aside, it is quite sad if you judge music by how loud it is. And really, you don't have to strain to hear a bassline in a Beatles song.
