Unpopular Music Opinions

While I don't really know of any good 'rock' music in the Christian vein, I've heard a lot of good scared harp music that focuses primarily on (if I'm not mistaken) Christianity. Many people seem to neglect it, saying that religion doesn't really belong as the focal point of a musician's inspiration, which isn't necessarily true. If I could find a Christian rock band less interested in forcing their beliefs on me and moreso in showing how their beliefs affected them, then I'd likely enjoy them.

I actually have to get on My Father sooner rather than later. I'm interested to see what Gira's follow-up is.

Patrick Wolf and Radiohead sound horrible!

I Fall out Boy and Lily Allen:yikes:

Joy Division sound like someone scratched their CRAB and then played them.

The only reason why we flame eachother's music is because we are uncomfortable with it...

I can go either way, I love some music with very discernible lyrics that I can relate to, and I love purely instrumental stuff.

Often I do not pay attention to lyrics though and can enjoy something simply based on the sound of the voice. Because of this, I can hate an artist/band simply because of the sound of the singer's voice, regardless of how good the music may be.

We have a thread for this...stop. :D

Did i say Blind Faith and Cream were NOT blues? No The staement means that they were doing exactly the same as Zeppelin a few years earlier than them-so to have an unpopular music opinion (i.e Led Zep are overated) was backed up with an alternative.

I know that they are one of your fave banRAB by previous posts, but it's just an opinion-the threaRAB point after all.

There has been a lot of post's in here that I dont agree with, but I let it be. If i started a thread LED ZEPPELIN ARE SHT-DISCUSS then I would expect some lively banter, but all ive done is expressed an opinion about a band you particulary like-get over it. I could'nt care less what people think of my music tastes-not interested at all.

Indeed, having a daughter in the first place was probably a bad move. I think criticizing someone for killing themselves is pretty much the most absurd thing you can do, because you're talking from a perspective that a suicidal person has entirely rejected. It really just shows a lack of understanding, imo.
