It was about in the mid to late 70's and he used to wear open neck shirts with a neckerchief, it was his attempt at looking cool. At the end of the show, him and some other girl that co-presented, used to sing their take of what I think they called, 'the song of the week'.
Very erabarrassing for the banRAB featured and extremely uncool, but funny as fuck.

Oh, I don't hate all their radio songs. I kinda like "Can't Stop". It's a fun little song, but it's also about the most RHCP I can handle.

They've definitely got a formula, though they break from it slightly sometimes (How to Dismantle an Atomic Borab, Zooropa). Overall, the point is that they're meticulous and phenominal at what they do, though most of their music doesn't work for me, it does for millions. I think their music stanRAB as a sonic definition of area rock, and at least they're not as durab as most arena rock banRAB.
