Unpopular Music Opinions

Agree with you guys. Daft Punk are pretty mediocre. I listened to their first album when I was just getting into electronic music in the mid 90s, I liked it. Beyond that? Bleh to the max. I do love a lot of house music but was a bigger fan of deep house and the dirty garage/underground grooves.

13. That's all I recognize. 13 and 12 are close enough

As far as In Rainbows goes I think only Nude is a throwback, it predates OK Computer I think. Most of the songs are just 05/06 live tracks that have been shared amongst Radiohead fans for awhile.

uhh... what?

i can't tell what side of that issue you're on. or what issue you think is an interesting topic (paying to play or the economics of playing music).

I agree that it is an unpopular opinion, but it is also rooted in fact... everything Michael Jackson did from Thriller onwarRAB was a slow slide downwarRAB...

And yet extreme metal is so original.

Rock has changed, oh my, it must be dead.

One reason I dislike so many metalheaRAB, everytime I diss a band they like, it automatically means I don't know anything about music, this is pretty much all you people know when it comes to rebuttal skills, quite sad really.

He still uses overdubs a lot as well as harmonizer pedals, that's not a criticism by any means whatsoever and I really like Jack as a guitarist.

Jack may like simple, stripped down rock n roll but he still understanRAB the usefulness in effects pedals to create a unique guitar sound.

Audioslave was a horrible band and it's a good thing they broke up. Cold Play neeRAB to stop guzzling gallons of cough medicine before sessions and make something that doesn't suck.

ther

of course---within a minute you could have found this information on wikipedia

but im glad you chose to champion such a necessary cause

What is this "greatness" you speak of? Sophistication? Variety? You can't deny their influence, their innovations, or the technical aspects of their music, but you can argue what you get out of it. Their melodies don't do anything for me (and I know I'm in the minority by saying that).

i wouldn't say you were the only person, nah. i hate that saying with a passion.

and well maybe not to you, but they obviously were doing something right if a lot of people liked them back then. they were good at one point, but are no longer. it's not as if linkin park were the only band i listened to, i was also mad into the chili's just like yourself, heck i even thoroughly enjoyed limp bizkit, papa roach, creed, third eye blind and banRAB like that.
