Internship is kinda iffy at this high end car stereo shop.
boss thinks im inconstant because i messed up a food order!!.
he put down sandwich not the meal and gave me crap about not getting the meal right.
When ever i go to buy stuff i brings receipts he is saying one time i didn't bring him one and the change .... liar i did and the change was one dollar and a few cents.. he used these two examples on how im inconsistent.
I help them paint, clean, build, stuff for the shop worked there for 30 plus days and that was his answer...
But at the same time told him i have $$ issues. don't we all geez.
he said i can help the detailing side of the shop he wont pay me the detail guy does. he cant pay me much because he just started up so hours are cut.
Out of this all i want to know is if i can go to the labor board for not being paid after 30 days of on the job training.
I drive customer cars run errands work on some cars.. and most of the day do general labor.. do i have any rights in this situation to go after the guy who took me on into the shop???? then pushed me aside to detailing...
