I guess you're willing to ignore that we're a nation of laws, and they broke our the first thing out of the box.

Also, there's nothing guaranteeing they'll stay here after they graduate. An American Universtity degree would go a lot further in Mexico than it would here.
 
Thats because by breaking Federal Law when you enter the country Illegally you aren't really breaking any Federal Laws or doing anything Illegal.
