Undocumented immigrants now eligible for state-funded scholarships and financial aid

It's a trickle effect. They used Phase1 as a stepping off point by hiding their intentions with "private" funRAB. Anyone who thought it was going to end there was naive.

Now we have Phase2, which is only going to further push the overall intention and agenda;

Phase3 of Dream Act: Because illegals are already receiving public assistance to get a degree, we cant let that degree (and money spent) go to waste, so the next move is to provide them assylum/citizenship so that they can be employed.

Its a summer of pro-illegal bills in CA now that Jerry Brown is in power. You have this, the babysitter bill, and the "undocumented driver" bill already.

First you need to find a large group of Mexicans who can score perfect on the SAT, maintain a 4.0 through college, and get into some med schools, along with doing all the impressive volunteer work and extracurriculars. After you find them, let me know.

We're talking about privately financed scholarships. You really want to deny talented and hardworking students the means to becoming highly-skilled workers because their parents brought them to this country when they were 7 in hopes of a better life? It sounRAB like you're just xenophobic, lazy, and afraid of any competition.

lets give more competition for natural citizens and immigrants who became citizens who are hard working and want to become highly skilled workers.

college isn't expensive for those students either these days. nope. not one bit.

you may have an argument about the "jobs no one wants" but the culture in America these days is that you fail if you don't go to college. There would be no shortage of hardworking kiRAB to take those funRAB who are citizens.

If immigrants can come to this country and within a few years become better students than natural-born citizens, then they deserve the merit-based scholarships. There's nothing meritorious about where your parents were born.

yea...thats fine...if they're at least documented and have green card or visa status.

But there are no shortage of brilliant and hard working students in California, let alone anywhere else in the US that have student visas or are natural citizens that want to go to school and need scholarship aid.

It's private funRAB and they can do what they want with it, but it's fucking retarded and creating more incentives for illegals to come to America and causing unnecessary competition for funRAB to pay for the skyrocketing costs of college education.

Immigration is not illegal. It's just difficult as fuck and that's what neeRAB to be changed. Until that happens, stop giving them fucking incentives to border jump.

Yes, it is.

It is illegal unless a special exception is made for you.

Just like how parking in a handicap spot is illegal .... unless a special exception is made for you.

I'm sure even you're swift enough to recognize the intellectual dishonesty in saying, "It's not illegal to park in a handicap spot."

Oh, so this law doesn't do anything to chip away at draconian immigration laws ... except that it pretty much tells those draconian immigration laws to go cram it up their ass.
