Unable to start Clio READ IN - NEED HELP ASAP?

HI, got a renault clio its cat c but when i bought it it started etc key fob did not work thought it was battery but something had broke inside it, tried to start car one day and never started, so had to relay to renault as i needed new car and coding to the car, got a call from them and they said its not coding because it parts from a different car on it, and they need to replace ecu and engine injector etc and they need a master key from france ... am looking at over £1000+ ???!!!

Can this be solved some other way I just need the car to start, ?
 
Sounds like you've bought a lemon. Only solution is to either buy a second hand engine and get a reputable garage to install it, or scrap the car and buy something else.
