They make a sound as if they are being unplugged i know the normal sound with the white cord when its tangled..but this is losing game sound and it hurts my eyes..is this something that can be fixed,or take it back to best buy?I've had these for about...2-3 months id say..and i take care of them..but i recently moved idk if that could of done something
