Looks to be some kind of channel mapping glitch - I've lost TSN2 on my 6100, but not on my 9200 nor my 9242. Haven't tried to fix it, since I don't watch the channel that much (and if I do want to watch it, I've got it on two other receivers), but I don't think it's a problem you can fix with a hard reset. You'll probably have to resynch programming, either online or by calling Bell customer service.
