Hi Im 15 years old and about 5 months ago I decided to try and get in shape because I felt that I was too lazy and I wanted to tone up my body. When I began I weighed 175 lbs and now I am down to about 152 lbs. I do a Soloflex Workout everyday consisting of Butterfly, Bicep Pulldown, Squats, Leg Press, Donkey Press, Bench Press. Plus I do 100 Jumping Jacks, 100 Sit-Ups, and stretches to warm up. For my diet I usually eat a protein bar or Kashi Cereal for breakfast @ about 8 or 9 AM. I eat lunch at about 1 PM and I try to eat healthy but I dont have alot of food in my house that seems healthy( Raman Noodles, Tyson Frozen Chicken). At about 6 or 7 my parents usually make a healthy dinner (Grilled Chicken, etc..). Its been 5 months and I have gotten alot of great results but am still not happy because I would like better results in my chest and stomach. I was wandering what I could do to improve my results to hopefully get a toned stomach and chest maybe by september. All help would be greatly appreciated...

Don't hold out much hope for the 6 pack abs at your age. The muscles you need to develop that definition won't come until you have fully gone through puberty and have all the testosterone in your system to help develop the muscle structure. That's why you see such a big differnce in the Jr./Sr. boys and the 9th/10th grade boys. Once you have passed totally through puberty and your voice lowers and you start to grow a beard, the hormones in your body are released and this will help the muscles grow and develop the structure that you are looking for. Until then, all the lifts you do won't give you that 6 pack.

You should be eating more often during the day... usually 5-6 times a day. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner... maybe another snack before or after dinner depending on what time you eat. Just make sure the snacks are healthy (fruit, veggies, light string cheese (good source of protein), and other things like that). If you aren't getting the definition or muscle tone you want, you may want to consider having some protein drinks. Within 45 minutes of working out, have a glass of milk with protein powder. Increasing muscles raises increases the amount of oxygen your body needs resulting in raising your RMR-Resting Metabolic Rate (which is the number of calories your body burns just existing). That means that your body will burn more calories throughout the day. Have you considered meeting with a personal trainer and/or a nutritionist? They could be a huge help. Good Luck
