Hi Im 15 years old and about 5 months ago I decided to try and get in shape because I felt that I was too lazy and I wanted to tone up my body. When I began I weighed 175 lbs and now I am down to about 152 lbs. I do a Soloflex Workout everyday consisting of Butterfly, Bicep Pulldown, Squats, Leg Press, Donkey Press, Bench Press. Plus I do 100 Jumping Jacks, 100 Sit-Ups, and stretches to warm up. For my diet I usually eat a protein bar or Kashi Cereal for breakfast @ about 8 or 9 AM. I eat lunch at about 1 PM and I try to eat healthy but I dont have alot of food in my house that seems healthy( Raman Noodles, Tyson Frozen Chicken). At about 6 or 7 my parents usually make a healthy dinner (Grilled Chicken, etc..). Its been 5 months and I have gotten alot of great results but am still not happy because I would like better results in my chest and stomach. I was wandering what I could do to improve my results to hopefully get a toned stomach and chest maybe by september. All help would be greatly appreciated...
