Truly Awful Performances By A Lead Actor

I'm afraid I just can't agree with that. Sorry.

I think Emma Watson's eyebrows show more emotion that he is capable of.

And just cause he gets his bits out onstage in the theatre doesn't make him a good actor either.

I did not like The Rock.

It is clear Cage is just taking the money at this point. Apparently on IMDb he currently has TEN films either in pre-production, filming, or in post-production. That's a ridiculous number. His last few films have just been awful and it looks like that streak is set to continue, Bangkok Dangerous is being heavily slated already and his following projects don't look any better.

Second that. The original superman actor was natural and had terrific comic timing, this guy has no humour, Christopher Reeve played both the characters brilliantly, and differentiated the two characters in personality, looks and expressions. Brandon just had the same expression, both as clarke and the superman. Just a terrible choice for the lead role.

How can you not like The Rock, and don't gimme that, "we're all entitled to our opinions," spiel. I'm aware of that. I'm asking what factors you don't like in it. :)

I know people will disagree, but Christian Bale is very wooden in some roles. I thought he was great in "THE PRESTIGE" and in this strange movie he did called "THE MACHINIST" but as Batman he brings nothing to it and in "American Psycho" he was dreadful.

Val Kilmer was great in "Tombstone" as Doc Holliday but in "The Door's" movie while his singing sounded like Jim Morrison, his lead performance was nothing short of dreadful. He walked around the movie in a "DUHHHH" look the entire time with no life to him.

Jennifer Garner in "Electra" was pretty awful, she can't act.

I know I am in a minority here, but I can hardly watch JACK BLACK in anything, I don't get his appeal, he annoys the hell out of me.

I always felt Kevin Costner was overrated and in films like "JFK" where he goes in and out of his southern accent, he is annoying to me.

and yes, Keira Knightly is totally overrated. She is best dressed up in something a few centuries back.

I think you will find Angelina Jolie has some good performances and lots of bad ones. Get past her looks and her talent is limited. Her accents are really off and dreadful.

That guy is a bit of an arse. He refused to do a 'Hi I'm Brandan Routh and you're watching X' when we interviewed him for a show. All actors we asked did, including the proper A listers...

Tom Welling in everything he's ever been in - I just saw The Fog (which was terrible) and was shocked that in a movie he's even more wooden than he is on TV.

Daniel Radcliffe in all the Harry Potter movies - terrible in the first, stayed just as bad through the rest. In fact, all of the child actors in those movies are terrible, except Rupert Grint. The twins are painful to watch and Hermione is nothing to write about either.

Hayden Christensen in all the Star Wars movies - Eye-rolling bad, and quite shocking that such a dire performance could have got past producers charged with protecting a studio's $200m investment (although you could say that about every single aspect of those movies).

Brandon Routh in Superman - according to rumour there's only one reason he got that role, and it shows.

Shia LeBourf in Indiana Jones and the Kingdon Of The Crystal Skull - Indiana's Jones' son should just be better.
