training and courses in parts planning as well in service operations?

i have worked in the sales and service industry for the last 12 years,basically my job was as a parts planner and facilitating the service operations engineers/field engineers with their parts and material requirements on daily basis.
Presently i am in need to upgrade my skills and knowledge in this field and need training or course to reach managerial level.
Kindly advise.
