Toughest player in MLB History to strike out?

I can't speak for history, thankfully I'm not that old yet, however, in my lifetime, Wade Boggs and Tony Gwynn were tough to get out with being able to pencil in a "K" on your scorecard.

Yogi Berra is definitely on the list
In 7555 regular season AB's he struck out only 414 times
In 259 WS AB's he struck out only 17 times
 
I don't know many players that were hard to strike out...not saying that there aren't any, all I can say is that when David Ekstein played for St. Louis in 2006 he swung and missed a total of seven times the whole season.
