The first episode of Total Drama World Tour airs in Canada as a sneak peak.

Sorry for the double post, but since no one has noticed...

Noah: Come fly with us/Come die with us...

Okay, I know the musical numbers will be very interesting, indeed. Somehow, Duncan sings a part, and you'll get a guarantee laugh on what he's gonna say...or sing, or whatever. However, at the end, when Chris wanted a second musical umber, Duncan was pretty pissed, and he quits.

[sarcasm]Didn't see that coming/[/sarcasm) :p

Anyways...this was definately very funny, there doesn't seem to be much change from the characters, with the slight exception of Courntney being more like season 1 here, but it is still early.

And we do have to wait 2 weeks and a half until the scond episode...which will premire on Cartoon Network, instead.

Amusing parts include Cody's full anme being revealed (it's a bit long, kinda like Harold's), Alejandro cursing in Spanish (censored, of course), and then there's the teams, which are 3, this time:

Team Amazon, composed of Gwen, Heather, Courtney, Izzy and...Cody.

Team Victory, composed of Ezekiel, LeShawna, DJ, Harold, Lindsay and Bridgette.

And the final team, composed of Sierra, Owen, Noah, Harold, Tyler and Alejandro, called "Team Chris Is Really Really Really Really Hot". I'm not kidding.

It's official... I'm taping the first episode of Total Drama World Tour when it airs on Cartoon Network on the 21st. (Of course, I tape all the episodes. I'm that much of a Total Drama fan. Maybe not as big a fan as, say, Sierra, but still pretty big.)

As episodes air on Cartoon Network, you'll see me update the Total Drama World Tour Progress Chart from time to time! I'll also provide insight on characters as they get eliminated (I won't spoil for you whether or not someone got eliminated this episode now, but trust me, when someone gets eliminated, and it airs on Cartoon Network, I'll provide details of that contestant's time in the game with my very own signature retrospectives, guaranteed to be as insanely detailed as the ones I did for TDA!)

CAN'T. WAIT. :D

That was epic.

I'll do a character review for the episode.

Alejandro: Looks like our new villain has a bit of a potty-mouth.
Bridgette: Wow, I was hoping for more. Unfortunately it looks like she'll just be Alejandro's pawn this year. Without Geoff, she doesn't seem to have as much plot going for her.
Cody: May have a big role this season. Sierra loves him and it looks like he still has feelings for Gwen. I loved his confessional at the end. And he's on a team with all girls so it looks like he'll be fine.
Courtney: Not too much this episode. But this is the first time that she'll have to last without Duncan, and I'm looking forward to it. Maybe her and Gwen will stop hating each other for a little bit.
DJ: Again, not too much this episode. But I can see DJ doing well this season. He's always done decently but he seems bound to do really well eventually.
Duncan: And Duncan becomes the second character to quit. Not for a good reason either but based on the nature of his exit and reactions around him, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see him change his mind and come back later in the season. I kind of hope not though, since he just won and I want more development from other characters.
Ezekiel: This is my favorite Zeke episode by a mile. He had a ton of funny lines and charisma. I loved how Chris kept trying to get rid of him and make him shut up. I love his motivation to do well even though he was a little cocky. And woah, he can sing! If he gets eliminated early again, I really hope he comes back because he has a lot to offer this season.
Gwen: Time for her to continue for a long time without either Duncan or Trent. I'd love her to be with Cody, but I certainly don't expect it. Gwen might have a good season. She has a potential plot with everyone on her team.
Harold: Huh, not too much from Harold this episode. I expected a little more. Not sure how he'll do this season but I don't have much else to say.
Heather: Looks like Heather is back to her old evil self. I love the sound of that. She'll probably have a rivalry with Alejandro, but I can see a possible relationship developing between too. And an alliance with Sierra is pretty smart since she's so star-struck.
Izzy: Woo! Izzy's back to her crazy self, I loved her as the mummy. This could very well be her season. I hope her running gag of leaving and coming back doesn't chase her this time though. She's the only girl that I can see winning and I'd love to see it happening.
LeShawna: Like Harold, kind of an uneventful episode for me. Not much else to say.
Lindsay: She could be one of Alejandro's pawns but her plot with Tyler should make her do much better than Bridgette. Her fate will all depend on Tyler actually.
Noah: Back to his sarcastic self. Another great episode from Noah! I like the friendship that is still developing between him and Owen. I hope that Noah does great this season, I never get tired of his humor.
Owen: Still scared of planes? I'm really glad that they didn't ignore that. Owen does great every season, and I'm afraid of it happening again. I like Owen but some other characters deserve the chance to do well.
Sierra: I really like Sierra so far, she's funny. I can see her getting annoying but she's good for now. I wouldn't mind her getting together with Cody. She'll probably do well since she's new, but I don't want to see her win and beat an original character who deserves it more.
Tyler: I'm surprised, I loved Tyler in this episode. I always liked him before, but he was less quiet this episode and it looks like he'll have a lot more plot as well. I'm looking forward to see how he does this season.

Favorite Quotes:

"Come die with us!" - Noah
"I like girls." - Tyler
"Cody! I've dreamt of this day. But you didn't have a shirt on." - Sierra

Next Episode: Staying in Egypt for Walk Like an Egyptian Part 2. The first team challenges and I can't wait!

All i'm going to say is this proved to me that Duncan will definitely return among other reasons but I can't say them. I don't want to spoil anything.

I know, however some folks on Total Drama Wiki and TV.com think then he's not the only one who'll return. They think then Ezekiel and/or LeShawna will return as well.

And we all know that wikis are accurate. Sierra/Kathy??????

TDWT definately has some of my fav episodes of all time. I personally loved the intros to TDA and the writers/directors/crew did a great job with TDWT.

Fun Izzy beats coming up in Ep 2 for Medousa.

No. Just... no. I don't want that to happen. He can't be eliminated THAT early. Hopefully he comes back and kicks everyone's butts in the rest of the race.

Sorry to get your hopes up. I meant are you sure that was the correct spelling. mis-quoted joke fail. The Teletoon premiere will be in the fall after a Canadian Karaoke summer tour....

Hey Northerncrowe, I have a quick question. Are the aftermaths going to be part of the season, or bonus online episodes? If they are exclusively online, does that mean that there will be 22 or 26 regular season episodes?

Aftermaths in the US seem to be online exclusives. This would cut the number of on-air episodes down from 26.
The current plan for Teletoon is to keep them as normal on-air episodes.
They are similar to TDA's aftermaths but have some arcs/segments that are more closely tied to the normal challenge episodes.
