Impossible since the aftermaths aren't airing in America. It may be the date that the aftermath is posted on the site. Let's see:

Episode 1: June 21
Episode 2: June 28
Episode 3: July 5
Episode 4: July 12
Episode 5: July 19
Episode 6: July 26

Possible since the Aftermath, I'm very sure, will be the 6th episode of the season. But I don't think they'd post it the day that another new episode was airing.
 
do we know know for sure that the tdwt aftermaths will only be online
they could just post them as a mini series on the cartoonetwork website after the aftermath episode airs
 
I wonder if it's possible then they could had made a step further with the Aftermath, becoming a complete spin-off series who could be titled "Total Drama Aftermath"?
