This is strange, why would they air it on TNT when CN could or should keep it all for themselves? Well, maybe they are getting some money to do this or maybe Turner was pulling some strings for this to happen.
This is a really awkward move on CN's part.. I mean, didn't they pay a lot to get this show on CN, why would they just decide to finish it off and throw it on too another channel?
Well, doesn't TNT play the prequel movies every now and then? I'm sure that those get pretty good ratings and I'm sure that they would like to get more money from Star Wars with the newest series.
As I recall, Turner always planned to air Clone Wars on TNT. I think this is an interesting example of synergy, and hopefully things work out on CN's end.
I am not a huge fan of the series so it does not matter to me, but it draws viewers and it makes YAH a popular block so I am all for it staying around.
Oh yeah. I must have mixed up Spike TV and TNT since they're close to each other on my cable set. My mistake. Still, I'm sure that TNT just wants some more money and pretty much anything with Star Wars on it is bound to get some good ratings.
