Well Disney certainly has the fattest wallet - but it'd also be a harder sell for them since they really don't have a clear-cut avenue to present a dramatic quasi-adult series on...well...any of it's networks. Even airing it on ABCFamily might not justify it's cost to the company.
CN the network might not be all that wealthy - but if the overall Turner company sees worth in investing in the series; I highly doubt they'd turn down the chance to throw financial resources that way.
It's tricky - it could really fit well in a bunch of places; and a lot of networks do have the financial means of trying to get it. Quite frankly I'm rooting for Toonami because CN needs some quality programming, and Toonami in general needs something besides Naruto to keep it a float. To me - it really seems like the best fit for a more mature animated series that isn't kiddy but not quite adult; that's what Toonami's supposed to be right?
