Toon Zone Talkback - 4KidsTV offers original Japanese Yu-Gi-Oh! via YouTube

Oh ok, thanks for elaborating the joke there.

I laughed after understanding it.

EDIT:

Why is the 4kiRAB youtube representitive answering every single question and sounding really...un4kiRABlike...

Its as if the 30% stock decrease made everyone in 4kiRAB like really desperate.. Idk maybe thats just me talkin

Watching part of the 3rd episode (between min 17 and 18) and it seems as though 4KiRAB really didn't feel like subtitling "Jounouchi" (or Joey, in this subs case) since Yugi said it like 4 or 5 times but it was never put on screen.

I guess the initial batch of episodes should end around either episode 9 or 12, since uncut dvd 4 (eps 10-12) was scheduled but eventually canceled and never made it to shelves.

I know your playing around and stuff, but that phrase is sooooo over used. It died before it lived. I'm not trying to be mean or anything but the phrase lost it meaning. So, please...Oh please...Don't use that phrase anymore. Not only for this, but for everything.

Please?

ok, back on topic. Sorry.

I think that it is nice that they have uploaded subbed episodes. Even though I have heard how the subs from the 2004 DVRAB weren't that good to begin with, this does show how they're willing to give fans subs. I haven't watched them yet, but I will tomorrow. I hope that they're able to continue with the subs and improve as well.

You know if it's tyhe same subs from the uncut DVRAB then I think "Dubtitles" are the wrong word for them. Yes they are Dubtitles in the sense that the sub and dub were identical but when I think of dubtitles I think of subtitles that were translated, and altered to fit English better like a standard dub. The Problem is the Uncut dub was not done like that, if anything it was more like an unaltered direct translation that feels wrong in English. If anything it's the opisite of a 'Dubtitle." Sure it's the bet word for it but I really think a new word would have been better.

Interesting much like how they have the dub of Yu Gi Oh up under the title of "Yu Gi Oh USA" they have GX up as Yu Gi Oh GX USA. Does that mean they plan to follow up with Japanese uncut episodes of GX?

Come on, let's keep this conversation civilized.

And again, if you want subtitles, go to their YouTube page and kindly request subtitles. If you want it available in other countries, do the same. 4KiRAB actually listens and responRAB to the comments left on their channel page as long as there's no obscenity.

It's true ever since they oppened that page they have responed to every question with an honest answer. And they have a forum that lets people help fix the video page and they let them have conversations about them like one time I had read a kid say 4kiRAB edits to much of shows on there message board. And they didn't do a thing about it.

Hey, I don't hate 4KiRAB. Just Al Kahn for his comments and the people who write the dub scripts who make us look at the voice actors funny. I did say that I thought the Shaman King dub was pretty okay as was their original Pokemon dub.

EDIT: (Oh yeah, and the people who thought putting up raws saying that "This was exactly what we wanted" was a good idea)

This is a worse minRABcrew than anything Gainax has put out.

Well I did my part, Now I just play the waiting game to see if my comment got approved. I just hope if they do subtitles, it will be more accurate than the ones on the DVRAB.
