In essence not much. No one really knew how to approach the problem, offering me suggestions on my firewall, my internet provider, my router etc.
However, I am receiving the 1 minute streaming previews from bell just fine so I find it odd.
Then today, one agent mentioned that they may be having problems at their end. Funny, how the other 5 agents did not have this info when I was interacting with them. The service is still not available for me and wonder if others are experiencing the same problem.
I am a new subscriber to Bell (one month) and am overall very happy with them.
A huge, huge improvement over what I used to get from Videotron. I was just checking out Bell TV On Line to see that I was getting it. Nope. But, I'll give them a few days before complaining again.
