TMA Audio Amps by JL... Any Good... Can it push my two 10w7's?

I am looking for SQ not SPL. I have two 10w7's 3ohm so I will be running them at 1.5 ohms. I have a Chrysler 300. I know the JL 1000/1 is the optimum amp for these subs but I want to know if the TMA 1000.1 would push them and push them right. Again sound QUALITY is what I am looking for.
