A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court (1949 Bing Crosby musical, lol)
Never worked out if "Peggy Sue got married" is time travel or a dream / flashback film.

is the big screen still producing a good time travel films? i mean like the time machine etc. i don't appear to see much evidence of this nowadays, more in the way of horror films which i s not rearlly my seen.

ARRGH you beat me to it!! My wife showed me a clip of this from Facebook yesterday and seemed to think it would be good.
I LOVE time travel films. The original Time Machine is one of my favourite "old" films. I have really enjoyed the recent tv shows with that theme.

Saw an ad on the side of a tram for the time travelers wife today funnily enough.

It's got the somewhat average Eric Bana in it though.

Some other films

teenage ninja turtles 3

Flight of the Navigator
Kate & Leopold
The Time Machine
The Time Shifters
Time After Time
Time cop
Timestalkers
Star Trek first contact if you like trek

Seven Days

Primer! That was the best time travel movie for ages!
Not exactly "big screen" though - they made the whole thing for $5000 and most of that was spent on buying and developing the reels of film.

Which ironically has Mary Steenburger in it as well, otherwise known has Clara Clayton in BTTF3.

I 1st watched this on Channel 4 around '96 then I didn't have access to a recording device and wasn't really into T/T - I was only 12 lol.

However there is 1 scene that I did remember over & over but never knew this is what it was called until I saw it on Sky not so long ago.

There is a scene in the Museum which they go in the Machine forward to a day and come out onto the Park etc.

This kept bugging me has I missed some of the film originally and wanted to see it again in full. I know I'm weird.

Never heard of the film 'Primer' before so I will look out for it. Will wait for this 'T/T wife' to be on Sky or something not going to rush to cinema.

I agree with the person about Harry Potter, you don't see it at 1st like that, bt yes they go back to a few days before and threw stones at each other from the back.

Has anyone seen 'Timeline' or 'Kate & Leopold'? These are both from early 2000s so not that old yet.

There is another one something called 'Sound of Thunder', I wasn't too keen on it but involves them going back in time.

ThrillSeekers is always on Sci-Fi, but probably can be classed as a B movie

Is Planet of the Apes classed as Time Travel?
